Forged by hand at historic Mayhurst Estate in Virginia—just minutes from the home of President James Madison—each blade is shaped from authentic railroad spikes once used on the railroad that ran through James Madison's Montpelier. These pieces of American history are transformed, one hammer strike at a time, into a lasting symbol of craftsmanship, freedom, and legacy.

Every knife is individually forged, ground, heat-treated, sharpened, and finished by Lincoln using traditional blacksmithing techniques. No two blades are exactly alike.
